Jin Roofing is at my neighbours house trying to charge them for a repair, we'll within their workmanship warranty to fix their roof that came off by the sheets of shingles. After I intervened they said that the fix it for free but had to put brown shingles on their grey roof. Like I want to stare at that. They said they'd get the right colour but that'd be $100. For a bundue of $25 shingles. People is it really worth it? Don't cheap out on your roofs. Get details about your warranty. Who registers it. When does it start prorating and by how much. How much value of the roof is left in 20 years?
