Very reasonable priced inventory at Costco, and the Samsung LCD TV was no exception. No need to wait for sales at stores just to find out the advertised item is sold out when you get to their store. Great no questions asked return policy within 90 days of purchase, so I am confident that Costco products have good quality. TV purchased in Dec 2010 and has been problem free.
Placed an order for camera advertised on their flyer in Jun 2011. Website stated item was in stock for "in-store pickup". Several hours after the order was placed, received an e-mail saying item is OUT OF STOCK, and needed to re-order for item to be shipped online. Order was processed properly, but the VISA used for the order had an UNAUTHORIZED charge of $6,XXX. Futureshop online system had leaked the credit card information. I would recommend using a low limit credit card when ordering online from Futureshop.
Phoned the emergency number to help with flooded basement, and in less than an hour technician responded to the call and quickly cleared drainage system to end the flooding. He then agreed to come back the next day to complete the repair. The service was outstanding!
Great selection and service. This is a very well established and customer friendly business. I really appreciated the customer service and the product knowledge of the staff exceeded my expectations. Staff are knowledgeable, not just trying to get you out the door.
