Bought some tools needed for my company but it stopped working 5 months later. Brought it back to KMS and told me the warranty part will take 1 week. It has since been 2 months have have yet to hear back. Keep calling back and all I ever get is a snarly girl telling me that if I haven't received a phone call then it's not here. Called the general manager and he doesn't even return phone calls nor emails. Terrible terrible company. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OUT THERE if you are buying expensive parts.

I was referred to Peter by my home inspector and have nothing but good to talk about them so far. I was warned they are supposed to be more pricey than other contractors, but do much better work with better quality. We are so far pleased with the service and are getting future projects done by him!

Came here a few weeks ago as they are one of the local places that sells lathes. They seemed quite quiet and the service was mediocre. Had to get 3 different people to help as not everyone knew the right information. Ended up taking a lathe but had to return it after 3 weeks as it stopped working. Traded it in for a bigger and more expensive machine - at least they honored the trade in!

This Metal Mart is extremely helpful. Because I am just looking for smaller pieces, they are willing to recycle their "scrap" and help me cut my pieces into the exact measurement I want. They are very welcoming and even invited me to the back to make sure it was the size of metal I was looking for. Their service is very quick and price is decent.

Great place, but really far away. The customer service is pretty good. They have both live stock and dry goods, but I mainly go there for their live stock. It is usually fully stocked, but there is not much variety to choose from.

Great place for saltwater goods. They have a wide variety of fish and corals to choose from, as well as a large variety of dry goods. Customer service is pretty good as well. Would recommend this saltwater store over a few of the others located near Burnaby.

It's an OK place to go. They have both fresh water and salt water products. Over the years, quality and supply have declined. The store is kind of awkward, and it is super hot and stuffy downstairs where the fish rooms are.

It's an OK place. It's really quite and not much staff working there. The products are alright, but not a big variety to choose from. Mainly go there to check out their fish live stock, but have gone there to look for dog food before. Noticed that majority of it is expired on the shelves.

Took a drawing class and had to buy all the materials. Professor suggested Opus and decided to come here to pick up supplies. They have decent sales and lots of varieties to choose from! The people that work there are quite knowledgeable and knows what they are doing!

Needed to get some fabric for some pajama pants and thought of Fabricana right away! They have the largest selection and you can ask for whatever size you need. Make sure you measure correctly! The service there is really great.

We needed a new deck as it has been more than 10 years. 10 years ago, I believe we used Phoenix Vinyl Sundecks as well, so we decided to call them back. Their service was great as usual. We wanted the same deck, but they informed us they no longer used the material and color. They showed us different types of materials and told us which was better. I like how they will come to your house and do an estimate.
