Had a 10-year old sump pump which was still functional but wanted to replace it proactively. Valentin has helped me on three previous occasions for various plumbing needs and we were utterly impressed by his professionalism and work ethics. So I contacted Valentin and he replied in a timely manner with recommendation on hardware and quote. He also reminded me about the City basement flooding protection subsidy program. He was punctual on the day of appointment. His work flow was meticulous and fastidious. It is obvious to me that Valentin is passionate about what he does and has high standard for his job. Due to recent ice storm and prolonged power outage, we had a ruptured frozen pipe on Christmas day that required immediate repair. Valentin did an excellent job at our house 2 years ago, so I gave him a call on Boxing Day. He returned my call promptly even on a holiday and promised to come the next day. He arrived right on time and got to work on my problem immediately. The repair was a very challenging one given the source of leak was well hidden behind dry wall and other structures. Like a surgeon, Valentin methodically dissected down to the diseased pipe and replaced it with a new one while causing as little destruction to our existing structure as possible. All in all, I am very satisfied with his work and he is now my default guy when it comes to plumbing need. Highly recommended.

The July super storm left part of my basement wet and moldy. Was a bit reluctant to hire professional for removal due to cost but attempts to removal them by myself turned out to be not so successful. Greg was great in assessing the situation and provided a reasonable action plan. His crew was extremely attentive in keeping my place nice and clean during the project. At the end of the day, all affected dry walls were removed and mold eradicated with antimicrobial fog. I am very satisfied with their fastidious work. Greg was great to work with and responsive with all our communications. Hopefully I will never have mold problem again. But if I do, I know who to contact.

We looked at different options to enhance security at our backyard / patio entrance. We decided on roller shutters which provide excellent security without compromising the aesthetic of our house. Had multiple companies (including some high ranking ones on Homestars) come over for on-site measurement and quote. Harmony came out on top not only because of its competitive pricing but Scott the owner was exceptionally attentive to details and answered all our questions and concerns. He was responsive and clear with all our email communications. His crew arrived on time and did an amazing job as promised. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. After the installation, Scott made a point of coming over (on a Sunday) to fine tune the installation and went over the instruction with us in details. All in all, a very satisfying experience with me feeling money well spent. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality shutter installation.

Recently moved into a 3 year-old house and discovered an intermittent leakage in the basement mechanical room. The site of leakage was very difficult to gain access and because of that, the first plumber was not even able to determine the exact source. Then I got in touch with Valentin via email to which he promptly replied. When he came, he thoroughly investigated the problem and determined the source of the leak. But it was inaccessible due to our HVAC system. He then coordinated with a HVAC contractor to remove part of the return plenum so that he could complete the repair. The repair was physically very tricky due to limited access but Valentin did an excellent job. He even charged me quite a bit less than the price he originally quoted when he found out the job was not as time consuming as he thought. I am extremely satisfied with his craftsmanship and his excellent work ethics. I have since stored his contact on my phone for any future plumbing work.

Just moved into a custom built home with lots of windows. Brandon and his crew spent literally half a day meticulously cleaning all the windows panes both inside and out. They treat our house with respect and the final result was stunning. We have already planned to use them again in a year or two. The crew was also very courteous. Highly recommended without reservation.
