After shopping around, we are very happy with our recent choice of Oria to replace our furnace and air conditioner. I decided that research both for the first time, but even then I learned a lot from Mansoor. During the initial visit, follow-up emails and installation, Mansoor thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions about the companies, products, installation options and ongoing maintenance. He even passed on some useful web links that I had not found. I felt comfortable that we were getting the best combination for our needs and I appreciated how he advised me why I did not really need a more expensive unit that I was considering. The installation went as smooth as possible and so far so good. I would highly recommend Oria based on their professionalism, knowledge, experience, honesty, customer focus and very competitive prices.

We had considerable water damage that required a new tile floor as well as new hallway and stairway carpeting. Mark Hamelin represented Eagleson Flooring throughout the process and could not possibly had done a better job. He was very knowledgable, thorough and patient with our many questions. He clearly knows his business and in multiple occasions he volunteered extra information to help us be better informed of our options. Although he was obviously juggling multiple installations, he always made use feel as if we were his only customer. The stairs installation was tricky enough to require the installation work to be sub-contracted out, from which an issue arose. From the start Mark had our back and he was quick to ensure the problem was solved to our complete satisfaction. When we next have flooring needs I am sure we will go back to work with Mark and Eagleson Flooring. We were completely happy with the end result, both with the quality of the tile and carpet material, but equally important the installation work. The work has has received multiple positive comments from family and friends. We would not hesitate to fully recommend Mark and Eagleson Flooring.

Great job end-to-end with Go Pro, we could not be happier. After water damage in our homes Go Pro did drywalling and paintings for several ceilings and walls. Kristjan was easy to deal, wrote up very clear work orders and was reasonable in minor change requests. We are very happy with the end result from his team. Jodi back at the office was an equal pleasure to work with. We would have no hesitation in using Go Pro in the future or recommending them to others.
