I was pleasantly approached by staff only minutes after walking into the store. Going in I was quite overwhelmed by the variety and choices that was offer by Norburn. The staff was extremely knowledgeable in helping me narrow my choices and arranging a delivery time. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The sales consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he help me arrange a delivery, that turned out to be very punctual, they were very courtesy to removing their shoes upon entering my new home. What impressed me the most upon installation was the staff taking me step by step through the safety features of the stoves. Overall, I was extremely please with the purchase
