My basement had developed a musty smell whenever it rained or was extremely humid . I decided to have a mould inspection done to find out not only if I had a mould issue but where the problem was coming from. Frank used a thermal imaging camera, mould spore air samples and Ranger the mould dog to find out what was going on. Within a week I had all of the answers as well as recommendations on how to repair it. I like the fact the Haverkate & Assoc. are consultants and not mould remediators. I know that I recieved an honest assessment of my home.
