I recently had the pleasure of working with Stay Dry Waterproofing, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From the moment I reached out to them, they were incredibly quick to respond, and when providing me with solutions, it did not seem like they wanted to make a quick sale or upsell me on services. Stefano was attentive to details and commitment to explaining every aspect of the waterproofing process. He took the time to thoroughly assess my needs and then presented me with a range of options to choose from while answering my many questions. When it came time for the work to be done, I was pleased that they arrived early and got the job done quickly while explaining each step.

Rey and his team were extremely professional and fantastic to work with. We has a smaller project and wanted a room that had carpet to be ripped up, sanded and finished and Rey was pleasant to deal with the whole process. He was punctual at the start of the project (even coming before the expected time to make sure the room was prepped). He was efficient but did not rush the project. He was knowledgeable about the project. Prior and during the project he was patient in explaining each step. We have a baby under a year old and he was very careful with his work, meticulous with cleaning and noise. Rey was also very good at communicating each step. He communicated updates along the way to ensure there were no surprises. He went above and beyond when we wanted to make a change and adding quarter rounds to the baseboard. He even pointed out some of the transitions between hardwood and tile then placed a cap to make the transition smooth. I would recommend him to anyone for flooring!
