We used them for an "end of the roll" carpet for our famly room. The service in the store was very good and they spent a lot of time with us helplng us to choose the right carpet. They didn't pressurise us into buying and we went home with some samples and checked the mesurements and came back the next day. The fitter they sent was called Albert and he was fantastic. When he arrived he pointed out that our door bell was broken so I said that I knew and I had a new one to fit. He then took it from me and fitted the new door bell before he fitted the carpet. He did an excellent job and even cut the leftover pieces to size so we could use them as rugs. I would recommend the store and ask for Albert to fit your carpet.

very poor service. They clearly dont do what they are supposed to do because I have 2 stripes up my lawn where the guy has walked with the fertilizer. The ferilizer clearly works, but only if you apply it properly. 3 visits in and they still haven't been into my back yard. I was at home for the last visit and he allegedly fertilized my front and rear yards, applied weedkiller to the side of the house and insect repellant in under 5 minutes. I would not recommend this company. even their customer service does not write down what you tell them because everytime you call them you have to recount the story from the beginning. To summarize, my lawn looks worse this year then ever before before, patchy and dying and I am $300 worse off. I am waiting for a call from the manager in Calgary so I'll update the review once I hear back
