The technician arrived within the appointed time and completed the work in a timely fashion. He suggested a couple of items he felt would be a benefit to the overall operation of the furnaces. We will proceed with his recommendation

Derek and Jet arrived Sunday morning. Found 3 sump pumps to be defective. Replace the 3 pumps, augered 2 lines to clear debris. Replaced a faulty connection on the washer. Cleaned up and replaced furnishings Good job by both men.
