We have been extremely happy and satisfied with Hamid and Vlad. Their work is precise, clean and very well modern. They would give us options for stones, etc when planning. They were extremely polite and punctual. They would come in at 7 am sharp and work none stop till 6 pm which is so rare to see these days. They delivered their project on time and they made changes and adjustments to the project based on our feedback diligently and very politely. They were so good that we asked them to come back for a second project in our backyard. Our backyard was a complete jungle, never seen any kind of maintenance from previous owners. They completely redid the landscaping. Added interlocking to patio furniture and pathway to garage, and fresh new lawn. It is absolutely beautiful. Anyone who passes by our house, is impressed and asks for their contact. In addition to their great work, their price is unbeatable. Just shows how honest they are and do not over charge. We have recommended them to our friends and family.

Ronnie and Mo were very polite and respectful which is very rare to come by among contractors these days. Most importantly they always promptly returned back our calls even when it was late at night. They tentatively listened to our requests and adjusted their plans as certain decisions had to be changed throughout the job and kept the job within our budget. They did a very nice job with renovating our basement that had a bedroom, living room and bathroom. They completely revamped the bathroom, which was a complicated job because of its small space. They also added a new closet in the living room, in addition to new flooring, stairs, lighting, and windows. Ronnie and Mo were really a delight to work with and I highly recommend them.

I started seeing sawdust on my newly installed hardwood. Did some googling and realized it is a sign that my hardwood has powderpost beetles. Gancy came and took a look. He was very punctual, respectful and knowledgable. He explained the issue and what needs to be done. He checked the whole house diligently and put a lot of time to find all the hardware with the beetles inside. I am very happy with his service. I hope I don’t have problems with pests again but if I do, Gancy is the first person that I will call.
