Called for service during ice storm.Received a call back within minutes.I was instructed over the phone as to how to put our heat pump on emergency mode until a service technician was able to come out and assess the problem.The technician Kim Meadus came out exactly at time scheduled and was quick to discover what the problem was.We found him to be quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail.We actually learned a lot from him about our heat pump.We would highly recommend Link Climatecare.
