I hired Loyal Seal to replace my front door, sidelight and one of my bedroom windows. Stan, their salesperson, was very professional and friendly. He was courteous as he listened to my needs and kept the options within budget. In the end, I decided to use this company because I thought Stan was so outstanding. The installer, Oleg, proved to be just as good. He showed up on time, was clean and polite and did an excellent job. At the end of the day, we decided to have a few additional windows capped and Oleg came back at the exact date and time we agreed to and, again, did an excellent job. Overall, this was an outstanding company and one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I will definitely use them again when I replace the rest of my windows.

I've hired Matthew twice over the past year to fix leaks/change a trap/fix a faucet and he is the friendliest and most professional contractor I've had the pleasure to work with. His rates are reasonable, he always shows up on time and stays within budget. Matthew has become the only plumber I will even consider hiring!

I noticed some shingles were falling off my roof one morning and I called Don Mills Roofing. He was at my house in less than an hour and had the roof repaired in under three. The price was very reasonable and, when I asked him if my entire roof needed replacing, he told me it wouldn't need it for a couple more years. I thought this was exceptional, since he could have sold me a new roof on the spot. I appreciated his honesty and I will definitely use Don Mills Roofing when I replace my roof!

After taking my prints to Pictures and Frames, I'll never go anywhere else. The prices were very affordable and they delivered on time. The owners have an eye for what looks good and can recommend various options. I have been to the store many times and I have always been completely satisfied with my purchases.

Very prompt at returning my calls and answering my questions before I booked them for the job. The owner sent his son to do the work. He showed up 2 hours early and we weren't ready for him. He didn't bring any cloths. We had to cover our computer and furniture with our own sheets. They didn't bring baffles or insulation to top the access hatch with. I had to cut out pieces from a box I had in the garage to fit around the access opening. When he blew in the insulation, he left a HUGE MESS ALL OVER the house, not just in the room with the attic access hatch. When I asked him to clean it up the mess before he left, he said "we don't have the supplies for that". I was extremely disappointed, especially considering that I had a 2 month old baby in the house. I called the office after they left to voice my concerns, but no one answered the phone and no one ever called me back. I paid a little more to have them come than I would have for another company and I was very disappointed with the service. I do not recommend using this company.
