My KitchenAid dishwasher door spring cord broke and George was recommended to me by a colleague. I called and he arranged to come by the same evening to look at the problem. He stated his call fee up front and said he likely had the parts needed. He said he would call before coming over and he did. He was friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable about appliances and has years of experience repairing large kitchen and laundry appliances. The fact he works evenings makes it convenient for those who work during the day and have no one at home during those hours. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
