I called Terry to repair our dishwasher door - the hinge was broken. He phoned me back right away and was able to come the next morning. I couldn't be there, so I had someone at the house to let him in and he was right on time. He phoned me with the repair details and I was able to pay over the phone which was very convenient! The dishwasher door works great now, I will definitely be using him again for any future repairs!

Our existing deck was a poor use of space and poorly built, so we called Alan to do a complete redesign. He had a lot of good suggestions and made several visits to ensure we were aligned on the project. We needed a child friendly space and he worked with us to make sure those needs were met. The design blueprint was a great tool to help us visualize the new space. George and crew were professional and extremely skillful. The old deck was completely demo'ed the first day and two new decks and a stone patio were installed in the next 4 days. A change was required to the initial design after the demo, but Alan walked us through it and had a great suggestion to address it and ensured there was no impact to the project schedule. The entire project was completed with minimal disruption to our lives, it was all cleaned up and the new construction is solid and very well done. Our yard is much more liveable and the kids love all the extra space they have! We'll be using Almac again for any new landscaping projects (our front yard may be next!), and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Graham replaced both of our hot water tanks, was fast, courteous, and thorough. Price was exactly as quoted (800 per 40 gal tank, installed), and our initial discussion about what type of system was best for our situation confirmed what I had already researched. He had to pick up parts to bring our gas connection up to code, and did so at no additional cost. He also took the time to walk me through what he had done, and how the tanks operate. I had him look at a few other plumbing issues afterwards, and he gave recommendations and prices that were very reasonable. I highly recommend Graham.
