Motor installed: Liftmaster Wall Mounted Our technician was named Basel. His service was excellent and he was able to install the motor very quickly. Before starting the work he explained everything to me on his scope of work and outlined how long the process would take. After completing the install he provided some basic training on the operation of the motor as well as all the additional safety measures. The sales and customer service staff was also excellent. Quick and detailed responses with clear options and pricing. Very professional and I appreciated the level of speed responding to any inquiries and then providing a quotation.
