The addition at the back of our house was clad with stucco over 15 years ago. By this spring, it was desperately in need of repair, in particular the top and base of the chimney, where the stucco was cracked and falling away. Furthermore, the parging along our driveway was also badly cracked and coming away from the foundation. We contacted Holistic Contracting for an estimate and Rasit responded promptly. He was flexible with respect to when he could come by to assess the job and ultimately came at a time that suited our work schedules. In providing the estimate, Rasit listened to our concerns, assessed the damage and then patiently explained the process necessary to achieve a good outcome. Rasit warned us that the colour match might not be perfect (although it was, ultimately). Within a week of initially contacting Holistic Contracting, we had an estimate that was to our satisfaction; we asked Rasit to schedule the job. Rasits team was excellent. The stucco repairs are impeccable, both the colour and texture. With regard to repairing the parging along our driveway, I was astonished at the thoroughness of the job. Rasits team chipped away all of the exiting parging, repaired any underlying loose bricks and then reparged the entire foundation. Our foundation does not look like it has been repaired; it looks like new. I highly recommend Holistic Contracting to anyone who needs stucco work or parging done. Their work on our house is outstanding.
