Came promptly and made the repair but it only lasted two days. Took slightly longer on second call but still reasonably prompt. But still didn't fix the fridge. Then things got worse. On Friday he said he wasn't working but could send a technician. No one came. On Monday he said he was waiting for parts, would have them by end of day and could come Tuesday if someone would be home. I emailed to confirm someone would be home. No response. Didn't show. Wednesday early morning I texted and emailed asking for a staus update. Midmorning I emailed again asking for a response. Nothing. Early afternoon I emailed again telling him the lack of response was unacceptable, I would go with someone else and I wanted a refund. Amazingly he got right back to me that time. Apparently it was all my fault because he'd been waiting for my call. Avoid this guy.
