We had our main washroom renovated a couple of years ago and the previous contractor we hired installed an exhaust fan above our shower but did not connect it to its own roof vent. Rather, they connected it to an existing vent 10 feet away via a long, uninsulated hose. This caused excessive moisture above the shower and the paint kept peeling off the ceiling. When we called Titan RoofWorks to have a look, they confirmed and recommended the required work to correct our issue. Richard from Titan RoofWorks arrived and completed the work that was necessary within the promised timeframe. Richard helped explain the work that was done ensured we were satisfied with the work. We had to re-install the hose for an adjacent vent as well since it wasn't done correctly by the previous installer. We were thrilled to have finally addressed the moisture issue after struggling with it for two years. We are glad we found Titan RoofWorks and would highly recommend them for their quality work and professionalism.

We recently hired Enviro-Loc to remove our incorrectly graded, damaged stamped concrete and replace it with interlocking. From the very first visit, Daniel was very attentive to our concerns. The proposal he provided was extremely comprehensive and he was very knowledgeable about the options available to us. We were able to better understand the differences in stones and compare pricing. Daniel also recommended we visit his stone provider where they had a variety of stones on display for us to get a better idea in person. Daniel always made himself available via phone calls and virtual meetings to answer our questions prior to signing the contract and throughout the entire project. Enviro-Loc’s active Instagram account also made it easy for us to view previous projects to get a better idea of how various stones would look. Once we signed the contract, Daniel provided us with a detailed timeline of the project. There were a few challenges associated with our project, including mature landscaping adjacent to the future stonework, several sprinkler heads located alongside the existing stamped concrete and the fact that our home is on a busy street. We were concerned about damage to the existing landscaping as well as to the sprinkler system. However, the team at Enviro-Loc acknowledged our concerns and we were pleased that every single tree and bush around the demolition area was preserved. Care was also taken not to damage the sprinkler system. The entire team that worked on our property was a pleasure to deal with. They worked extremely hard, performed quality work and kept the project on track with an on-time completion. They were knowledgeable enough to tweak the project design when needed. We even had neighbours who approached us to acknowledge their work ethic and polite disposition. We are thrilled with the outcome of this project and will gladly recommend Daniel and his team at Enviro-Loc for any interlocking projects.
