Joe D'Onofrio did a great job fixing the furnace as it failed yesterday night. He saved the night for us. Joe deserves a 10/10. However, when I first called the toll free line, they told me a technician would come in the next day only, with the temperature dropping quickly this was not acceptable and I ahd to escalate to my client services manager. Reliance hotline service: gets only a 3/10. Joe gets a 10/10.
