We had Action Furnace do an annual inspection a couple months ago, when the technician (Tara) found a problem with our heat exchanger, which was still under warranty. A new exchanger was ordered; it arrived a week ago, and we had another technician (Nicholas) come to to the work. He was extremely pleasant, efficient and competent, the work was done in about 3 hours. He also provided us with numerous photos detailing the problem. All our experiences with Action Furnace personnel have been extremely easy and pleasant. They are very approachable and competent, and we couldn't recommend them any higher.

Troy Kennedy with the help of 2 others replaced all of our old poly-b plumbing in our 32 year old house, and installed 2 new water 40 gallon water tanks over a period of 3 days. I have used Pete the Plumber a number of times in the last year to fix old plumbing problems, and am extremely pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. Akron tackled a very complex roofline in difficult weather conditions, and did a great job with care and professionalism. The roofers were friendly, happy to answer questions about the procedure, and worked diligently until the job was completed. I am very satisfied with the results, the roof looks spectacular.
