I was able to get a technician to come out at a convenient time. Chris was professional and informative. He was polite and friendly, answered all my questions and explained the options. He introduced himself and removed his outdoor footwear. The issue was dealt with promptly. I couldn't be more pleased and wish for that kind of service always.
