Our water heater, which was 18 years old, stopped working on Sunday morning... while this was to be expected, given the units age, the timing was still not great. A quick search for the type of heater I needed netted me Hydro-Flo's website where the automated contact script assisted me in letting them know of my issue. Within minutes of having completed the script I was contacted by Justin and we exchanged some details. Once I had decided what I wanted and had advised Justin that I would prefer to have the replacement installed the following day (Monday) he provided me with a quotation and a morning time-slot. Monday morning, about an hour before the scheduled period, I reached out to request an add-on to our original discussion - Justin provided a price for the extra and said it would not be an issue. They arrived at my home on time, executed the replacement process in a very professional manner, hauled away the old heater and cleaned up, all while taking care not to damage the floors or walls. An excellent job was done and we are back to having a hot water supply. 10 out of 10 for this job!
