Nazeem and his crew were reliable and diligent throughout this extensive new home build. They provided a level of service that met expectations. In addition the stonework in the home there were peripheral projects that were also completed; exterior fireplace and address wall. Nazeem began and finished the project within budget.

The absolute worst experience of my lifetime. Scope of services were misrepresented, the work was substandard, was contracted out, not completed, and I lost nearly $7500 in cash withheld by Bruce and had to pay another $10,000 to repair shoddy workmanship. My pleas and calls were unanswered and I was left with a feeling of being taken and contempt for Bruce and his company. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY.

Its not too often, if at all, I would take the time to sit down and write a review for a contractor. Bob and his crew are simply, the best , most ethical, fair, punctual, on budget, friendly and babysit free contractor I have ever hired. Period. Delivered service and product as quoted in accordance with timelines and budget. Not a single grievance whatsoever. An honest review, so much so, I leave my full name. Andre Frehn

Conducted our due diligence on this product we first saw in the home of our architect. A superlative product that we believe will add market value and provide exceptional savings via efficiency. Our sales rep Dmitry was knowledgeable, accommodating, reliable and personable. We had no issues with the company nor the rep at any part of the ordering thru delivery process. Although the optics are of a more expensive product, the efficiency and durability characteristics are beyond compare. We will use this company again. Our only suggestion, is to make a modern improvement to the showroom that better reflects the current product line and choices. Andre F.
