Dan and Hamid are very kind and professional. As the project from Rinnai's ACE experts, their job related to Rinnai product was guaranteed by additional yearly training. From that point, I chose them. Dan explained many details and the reasons behind them, which were quite illustrative and let me feel comfortable. Hamid 's move was super quick. Most impressive point was their pursuit of absolute customer satisfaction. They listened to me patiently with dozen of questions and made a lot of amendments or re-dos according to my comments. Upon my request, they kindly came back making an amendment on the wall.

I quoted from 4 companies including a big "ConstXXX ComXXX" company who just promised to try their best to spray 8 bags of glass fiber. We felt strange. While Mark's company did it with 25 bags cellulose, and the bag is in the big size. The prices has only 10% difference with additional R60 compared to R50. Job was done very clean, almost every part of the area exposed to the job was covered before hand.
