We were well treated by the Service Experts when we wanted to put in ductless air conditioning on our second floor so our children would not be stifled by the heat. The sales man took the time to go through everything and installation was completed in a half day- they even cleaned up after themselves. We needed more work done 1 year later and even though they weren't the right people to do it- they put us in touch with people who were! Great going !!!

These guys are great- they told the story of our drain situation straight up. Never once did they push they we needed more work done and they were able to replace the pipes under the house from the outside and not have to rip up the floor. They even worked in -35 degree weather just so I could once again do my laundry and flush my toilets!!! I am forever grateful! !

The writing on the front panel of my year old washer completely rubbed off. After sending pictures and emails to the company- I have had no response after 4 months- seems no one really cares- they have my money. I have had to write the names of the cycles on the front panel to I can do laundry. Also the metal ring that keeps the inside rubber liner in place just pops off and water spews all over the floor. Not a good bargain at all!

We purchased a Maytag Fridge about 2 years ago. Maytag is suppose to be reliable, however after 2 years the compressor gave out. Even though we had a 5 year warranty on parts, when we called, we had to wait 2 months for a technician and then even though the refrigerant had to be drained for the compressor to be installed, we had to pay for this as well. Maytag sure didn't deliver on it partsand labour warranty and the customer service line was rude and unhelpful! Isn't anything reliable anymore? I thought the customer was always right!

Toronto Appliance Centre is the Maytag repair man of Toronto.Since our fridge was under warranty- Maytag had to contact their contracted service centre. The first time they were to come out- they didn't- no phone call- nothing. The second time they were called they showed up as scheduled however, they told us we had to wait for a compressor for about a week and when it did come in we were told we would be the days second appointment between 10-1pm. At 1:10pm we were told between 11- 1:00pm IT was already AFTER 1:00. We had no fridge for a week. This company is not to be trusted either by contract from Maytag or on their own

From the first connection with Brock to the finished product, they were always in contact with us to let us know what step of the game we were at. I wanted a beautiful window at the front of the house so I could enjoy my evening meals while taking in the scenery. I told this to Brock and they responded with a poduct that is wonderful. I was given a timeline that they would work with and they beat it- much to my pleasure and surprise. The job was done with no mess, and proffessionally by people who obviously enjoy their job. I will not go anywhere else in future and wholeheartedly only reccommend Brock Windows and doors in the future!!!
