Mid winter 2015 and 1998 heat efficient fireplace motor died! Parts wear & broken to no return AND the motor is European which will take 10 weeks to ship at a cost of $3,500!! OMG $$ and it was freezing out! So that day off Andy went collecting from one parts company after another to the count of 6 in collection of all that was needed to rebuild my fireplace motor and moving parts. The next day my home was warm again and my costs were 1/4 of $3,500! Today is 2018 and it still works better then ever! Thank you Thermo Furnace
