call to look at in floor heating
Not happy! Took a morning off work for my 8am-noon and they didn't show up until 2pm! They answer the phone with something about being the most punctual plumber - not even close, and not even a courtesy call to say they were going to completely miss our time window, we had to phone at noon and find out what was going on. Won't be calling them again.
This company is not worth the premium they charge for their services. They came highly recommended, and we were very disappointed with the service we recieved. The project was supposed to take 2 weeks and we are going on 12 weeks without full completion. The woodworking crew was extremely unprofessional - showing up when they felt like it, never with a full crew, and never working a full day. We had to complain to the company several times about the service to no avail - we're still waiting for final completion. There were also many mistakes made along the way that had to be corrected, and some weren't. We were initially told that we could get a 5% discount for services. We didn't take the discount in the interest of having them start sooner and finish faster. Through all of the delays and problems, the best they could do on final price was LESS than the discount we were originally offered. Save your money, don't use Sungreen. Doing it yourself would be cheaper and faster than using these so called "professionals".
