Owner, operator David Petrelli, and his staff were detailed perfectionists. The preparation was key; they found and repaired all flaws in the surface, edges and corners so they could work with smooth, perfected finishes. Their knowledge of paint is extensive so the right type of paint was used for the right purpose. The final result both inside and out was a house that looked fresh, new and much loved. The team arrived each day when they said they would and left when they said they would, and not before vacuuming and often moving furniture back in place. David stuck to his fair price; he's a great communicator and a skilled professional.

Owner Paul Loukes installed the tumbled stone driveway, stairs and front walkway 16 years ago and it needed a fix up including regrading of all 3 areas, new screening, etc. plus increasing driveway width by 18". The work was on time, on budget, and just as beautiful as when it was first installed.

The quote came in at 25% less than others. We also felt we could work well with owner, Gerry Davies, so went with his company. He uses superb trades-people. Davies schedules multiple trades simultaneously so work is on time and work is always being done; the house is never sitting empty during the week. Unexpected surprises notwithstanding, its on budget too. I highly recommend this company.
