We have been experiencing pressure issues and hot water shortages for months and previously had handy men investigate issue without sucess. Wayne did a thorough diagnostics and investigated the piping and venting throughout the whole house and found the issue and explained in detail the best way to fix it (without suggesting costly repair/replace measures). He was very pleasant and clean (even wore little booties on his feet) and took the time to explain the issue to myself (the renter), the home owner (over the phone) and his wife. A++
