Came home to a broken garage door Saturday night. Upon inspection, the cable had broke on one side. Immediately sent out a service request via Homestars. Hachim contacted me right away and was at my house the next morning to fix it. He suggested that I change cables for the other side as well since it was showing signs of rust. Quick, reliable and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend him.
