We foundCozy Comfort on line as we needed repair in a hurry our furnace died.on the phone we spoke to a very friendly person and a very helpful.She tried to get someone to come to our home within the hour,which she made possible.Technician diagnosed our furnace tried very hard step by step to repair it but unfortunately it would not start.our furnace was also 14 years old we decided not to get it repaired but get it replaced their was no guarantee replacement would work.Technician promised he would ha e a furnace installed for us the next day. Promise again kept.two Technician came very polite installed our furnace it works and it is also very silent.Work was done in a very professional manner, we are very satisfied a job well done.
