I hired Look No Further last summer to do the concrete walkway that is shared with my neighbour. Darren is a great person to deal with. He is trustworthy, dependable, reliable, professional, technically competent, etc. He did not take shortcut, instead he did more than I had expected. My neighbour was also very pleased with the shared walkway, and also his garage concrete floor done by Darren. The finished concrete surface never showed any sign of water puddle in heavy rains. Detailed specifications were provided before the work started. His attitude is to make sure the customer understand what he is doing and is satisfied with his work. I was so impressed with his work and work ethics, I’ve hired him to do an addition on the third floor of my home now.

I just had my air conditioner and furnace replaced with a pair of Carrier Infinity equipment. The new system was installed a few days ago to replace an old Lennox furnace and a 35 years old Carrier a/c. I am totally satisfied with the new Carrier Infinity system with the touch pad control. This is a second time I dealt with Cozy Comfort Plus. The first project was to install 2 sets of Carrier furnace/ac in my rental property, and I was quite impressed with Brian (the owner) and his staff in handling the work. Therefore I chose Cozy Comfort to help me with the system in my home. Knowing how Cozy Comfort set the pricing, and their competency, I didn’t have to bargain with them about the price; trusting that Brian is fair in the pricing. I only looked at the total amount to make sure it is within my budget. This way we both saved a lot of time and finally arrived at the decision on the Carrier Infinity. Robert of Cozy Comfort gave me a lot of technical inputs in the selection of the equipment, which I really appreciate. He is technically competent and has many years of experience in HVAC fields, so I find his advises quite helpful. I even asked him to come to my home twice before I finalized the decision. Looking back, Robert’s advise to me on the selection of the equipment that best suit my requirements, I saved several thousand dollars by taking his advise seriously. The two technicians of Cozy Comfort, Haytham and Joe did excellent installation work. They are very professional and competent. My basement was finished with drywall ceiling, and I told them that they could cut the ceiling for running the copper pipes of the a/c if they have to. They ran the pipes without destroying my ceiling after carefully checking all possibilities. Raytham and Joe would have discussion about the work in order to achieve the best installation. The work they did was much better than the installation of the old a/c; it appears much neater and safer. All staff of Cozy Comfort were very courteous, friendly, and respectful of my property and privacy. I enjoy having them to help me with the upgrading of my HVAC system. The entire process from planning to the complete installation is not stressful as I was afraid it might be. I highly recommend considering the services of Cozy Comfort for new or upgrade of HVAC system.

The recent July 2013 heavy rain storms caused water seeping through the side wall and water running through the wall in the basement of my rental property. I called 3 masonry companies, only A&A Masonry returned my call within hours, and Brad came to see my problem the next day. I and Brad discussed all alternatives in solving the problem, and decided to have the problem section of the wall parge coated, and concrete mix poured around the footing of the wall due to extremely tight space for access. Brad’s attitude is to find the best technical solution at the minimum cost, so he didn’t mind spending the time in finding the best alternative. Only 2 business days later Dwight of A&A Masonry came over to do the work. Dwight seems to have a very good knowledge and experience of masonry work. He first did a very thorough cleaning on the wall, then took his time to do all necessary work to ensure that the parging will last a long time. He did not take short cut, and took pride of his work. When the work was completed, he took time to clean the work area. I am very happy to have courteous, experienced and efficient Dwight doing the work. If I need to have A&A Masonry to do some work in the future, I will definitely ask to have Dwight doing the work.

Nic (president/master electrician) is very professional and friendly. He would not exaggerate the problem, and only does what is needed to comply with the electrical safety code and make sure the installation is safe and efficient. He would apply for the permit and arrange to get the work inspected and get the certificate. He gives one year warranty for the work.

I purchased a Carrier electronic air cleaner from Cozy Comfort Plus Inc., which was installed on Sep. 22, 2007. The work was completed in a very professional and efficient way. The installer was very polite, courteous, and friendly. He paid attention to all details to make sure the installation is completed in the best possible way. He kept the work area clean and tidy, and left no rubbish when he left. I would recommend Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. for their excellent products and services.
