We have been thrilled with our new windows from Magic Window. We had new windows installed 4 years ago, and we have been so happy with the purchase, installation, look and function of the windows. The installation value and noise reduction have been exceptional. The windows are very easy to clean because they open fully and we can reach both inside and outside panes from inside the house. The retractable insect screens have performed really well. One unique thing we did in our house was to install a window, sized for our air conditioner -- so each summer we take out the window and reinstall it in the fall. This process is easily done. We have a textured window in our bathroom (which is fully functional) and the design is beautiful. The service and installation truly have been excellent. We are now getting solar screens for the front windows. My spouse is recovering from a severe concussion and has extreme light sensitivity. When we tested the screens at the showroom, we were delighted that the full panel of glass would be covered and that we would still be able to see outside. We have referred Magic Windows to several of our friends. Thank you, Sol, and Magic Windows!

After interviewing several contractors, we chose Superfly Design Group. Their quote was more detailed and specific, and their prices were more competitive. They have been great to work with, very responsive, and answer all questions. Highly recommend them--already planning to work with them again in the near future. They did a great job on a friend's house, too.

We are renovating our bathroom and went to Westin Tile on the recommendation of our contractor. Weston Tile has an incredible selection of hundreds of different styles, colours, materials, and shapes. The staff were friendly and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to order the tile so it arrived by the date we needed. Will go back to Weston Tile for future tile needs.

We needed 13 new windows in our home, and had been looking and doing research on windows for several months. We happened to see beautiful windows in a house we passed by and when we inquired about the windows, they were from Magic Windows. These windows are Canadian made, and work on rack and pinion system for the casement mechanism. The sound-proofing they provide and the warmth in winter and cool in summer are very impressive. The people we worked with (Sol and Mike) were professional, friendly, and timely. We have recommended them to many friends.

We worked with Chris Cavan at CityWideGroup to install our back flow valve. Chris organized the work efficiently and quickly, and the workers involved were professional. Chris was welcoming of all questions and responded to questions quickly. We would use Chris again for any additional plumbing job.

He answered all questions clearly, quickly returned calls and emails, and was punctual with scheduling. His crews were efficient, quick and very neat, and they dealt well with neighbours. CityWide's quote was in the range of quotes received, and they have proved to be worth every penny. I selected them out of 10 quotes, and highly recommend them. Chris was very good to work with and he clearly knows his job well. Also, we made some changes and adjustments along the way, and Chris was always helpful, informative and accommodating.
