After a horrible experience with Vetroseal Glass, I contacted GEM to replace the kitchen and bedroom windows in our home. The price was reasonable and our salesman (Swen) was genuine and very knowledgable. The windows were delivered in a timely manner. There was a slight hole in one of the screens but GEM replaced it within days. Overall, a great experience and we have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
