Michael was referred to us by our real estate agent. It was our first time meeting a home inspector, but he has to be the best in the city! Not only does he have a positive and professional vibe to him, but he is extremely passionate about what he does. He used the latest and greatest gadgets and spent hours examining our duplex in Burnaby. We appreciate his time and effort in explaining every little or big problem that he had found. The report itself was extremely detailed and thorough. Nevertheless, Michael is well versed in his profession and we definitely recommend him to anyone.
