The smaller your house is, the worse is the service and support you will receive. Demand a good service and don't settle for anything less than that. The next time you build a new home, don't choose this builder. You will be better off looking elsewhere. One bad review is already too many...follow the advice, and you will save yourself the headaches and stress that other homeowners have experienced with this builder.
