I cannot speak highly enough of John and his work. I called him for assistance with our bathroom fan at 5:30pm on a Monday, he returned my call by 7pm, and was able to come to help us out at noon on Tuesday. His pricing is transparent (exactly what he lists on his website), and his work is absolutely top notch quality! It took him less than 30 minutes to replace our terrible old fan with a quiet and perfectly running new one. If you need any bathroom fan repaired, run to the phone and call John now!

We had an existing garage at our home in Toronto, and had been looking for a contractor to either repair it or rebuild it for over two years with no luck. After reaching out to Anto for a quote, he called me in less than 15 minutes and arranged to come out and give a quote in person the same day. From the moment we met Anto, he was straightforward and clear with us about everything. He immediately advised that it wouldn't be worth repairing our garage (something we suspected would be the case), and gave us a very reasonable quote and timeline for the rebuild. The quote for the rebuild included demolishing the old garage, disposing of all the materials, pouring a new concrete pad, and a complete rebuild on the old footprint including running electrical, an automated garage door, a back exit door, the roof and vinyl siding. We were very happy with our experience working with Anto and his crew. They were respectful of our property and space (especially during COVID!), used high end materials to complete the work, and kept us in the loop at all times with what was going on. The project came in right on budget and on time. I'd recommend anyone to work with Anto!

I contacted Mohsin at Reliable Painting GTA on WhatsApp after seeing a Facebook ad promoting a fall painting special. I have never been so happy to have followed an ad in my life. From the first interaction with Mohsin (it only took him 20 minutes to text me back on a Sunday), he was considerate, clear, and responsive. He was able to give me a quote over WhatsApp and then arranged to come to our house the next day to confirm the cost. A few years ago we got a few absurdly high quotes for exterior painting of 3 sides of our house, both stucco and aluminum siding. We have a shared driveway, and it's a complicated setup. Mohsin took all this in stride. After he took a look, we agreed to the work starting the next week, and he estimated it would take 3 days to paint the house (1 day per side). The paint from Sherwin Williams was included in the overall cost, and Mohsin went out of his way to make sure the custom colour paint match we wanted was perfect. When it came time to paint the house, the team at Reliable Painting GTA blew me away. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and treated the house like it was their own. Everyone was respectful, kind, and took time to show me everything they were doing as they did it. With 6 painters working outside, they were able to get the entire outside of the house painted in two days. The care they took with their work was next level. It looks FANTASTIC. I can't even believe it's the same house, going from gross yellow-beige to a modern mossy green. Our neighbours can't stop complimenting how good the work looks. You would never guess it was painted. I would hire Reliable Painting GTA again in a heartbeat for any interior or exterior painting I need, and have already referred a number of family and friends to them.

We originally approached Aaron and Justin about doing a kitchen and bathroom reno at our 100-year old house. From the first moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive to all of my questions (which were many!). Leading up to the signing of our renovation contract, it never took more than a few hours for them to get back to me with any question, and that trend continued on throughout the entire renovation. As we had an older home, of course the kitchen and bathroom renovation mushroomed into a much larger project, but Aaron and Justin were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. Our budget and timeline barely increased from what they originally quoted us for, and they were very faithful to stick as best they could to the original budget we discussed. We had regular updates on how things were going, what they were costing, and regular invoices for installment payments. Originally the project was supposed to go on for 6 weeks, but by my estimation came in at about 8 weeks all told - which is insanely fast, considering we added HVAC work, subfloor repairs, and an entire second floor to our renovation scope. They regularly worked on weekends and late into the evening to get our project done as soon as possible. We were able to live in our home for most of the renovation solely because of how clean, neat, and respectful they and all their subcontractors were of our space. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. I think this was probably the least stressful renovation in the history of the world, as they just made everything so easy. Our home is completely gorgeous now, all thanks to their hard work and design suggestions. If you're thinking about renovating anything, call them today!

I had a fabulous experience with Luso Roofing. I'm a new homeowner, and was getting overwhelmed with different roofers telling me different things that needed to be done with our roof after we lost shingles in a windstorm. I called on a Monday morning, and they were able to come out that afternoon to do a roof assessment. They clearly explained what needed to be done now vs. what could wait, and had really reasonable costs for the repairs we needed. They were back within a couple of days and fixed everything in a couple of hours! The entire time, they were very responsive and made the whole process really easy.
