I hired Glenwood Tree Service to prune two very large trees. The arborists were extremely efficient and professional. They answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they packed up their equipment. After they left, there was no evidence that they had been there other than the two perfectly pruned trees. The entire experience, from booking the work, having it estimated and completed, was very pleasant and painless. I heartily recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their trees!!!

From start to finish, dealing with Gutter Force was a great experience! I needed to replace the eavestroughs, soffits and fascia for the entire house. Gladys provided me with a comprehensive quote in a timely manner and quickly sent me a new one when I changed my mind on a few things. Mark came over to the house to help me match the colours and answered all my questions. The team who did the work were obviously very experienced and were incredibly efficient. Watching them work was impressive! Everything was done in a very friendly and professional manner, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It almost made me wish that I would need to replace the gutters more often. Many thanks to Mark, Gladys and the rest of the team – you guys were absolutely awesome!!

I wish all retail experiences were like the one I had with Hearth Manor in Mississauga. It was exceptional from start to finish! We went in to just see how much it would cost to have a wood fireplace converted to gas. Liz made the entire process so simple and pleasant that we walked out having paid for a fireplace and installation. Without applying any pressure, she helped us select a gas insert, and then took care of all the arrangements to have it installed. They ran a new a gas line from the opposite side of the house, installed the fireplace insert and chimney pipes, and arranged for a custom-made plate to seal a small gap. All this was done smoothly and very cleanly. It was installed within a week of our store visit and we couldn’t be happier with it!! All of the technicians were friendly and very professional. I specifically want to praise Steve who handled the design, cutting and installation of the custom plate. His work was excellent and all of his visits to the house were very pleasant and fun. If you’re thinking about getting a gas fireplace, you definitely should visit Hearth Manor. They have quality products, excellent staff who take pride in their work, and they’ll make the entire process super simple. I should have visited them years ago!!
