In midst of laundry room reno, we decided to add a gas line for future gas dryer. Called several professionals for quotes; Milad was the only person that could do the work within our timeline at a reasonable cost. He was punctual, courteous and very professional. Will definitely call him back for future work.

Needed Broken shutoff valve and outdoor faucet replaced. Upgraded to a frostfree bib and re-piped to provide a more convenient shut-off valve location. Very professional, clean, couteous and reasonable price. Would hire again.

Had already purchased all the materials and realized the install was more than I could handle. Found Unik Flooring on homestars. William quoted a good price within my budget and was able to do the installation within a week. Did a great job, very happy with his work.

Needed a small railing installed at front entrance to assist elderly residents up/down 2 steps. Craft Bilt offered a railing that was aesthetically pleasing and within our budget. Installation was done within 2 weeks of order. Did a great job, very happy.

Steven did all the wiring for our basement reno. Walked us through the process and completed everything as described within the time frames specified. Arranged for ESA inspections and certificate. Very professional and will be hiring him again for next project.

Recently moved to a century old home and needed some duct work done to the second floor as well as a gas pipe to kitchen range moved/replaced (was not to code).
