We are Penfolds customers because of their technical advisor, Sean. His excellent presentation to us of roofing systems, pricing and warranties gave us the confidence to upgrade tar & gravel to metal. He listened carefully to all our concerns and provided useful info on every point. When we had leaks during 3 separate rainstorms, Sean ensured same day emergency service each time. The fellows who came out on those miserable, dark days were top notch and to be commended for their ingenuity. Once our job was finally underway, Ronnie & his crew worked under extreme weather conditions to complete the job by Christmas. In bitter cold they worked concientiously with skill and speed and solved all problems encountered. The crew leader was exceptional in precision work and attention to the smallest detail. They crafted a beautiful metal roof for us that we appreciate every day.
