Have spoken to at least 6 other companies about a Ductless Split air conditioner for a room in our house. I had to educate them on what the units are and requirements and prices were double what they should be. Met Air Central team at reno show and they immediately knew what we wanted, had a great product and the price was exactly what is fair for the work. They called back on Monday as promised....yes really! Booked the job for 14 days later. Called before they arrived, arrived on time, laid protective mats all over the house, did the install beautifully, cleaned up when they left and charged what they promised. I'm blown away by the quality of the experience....no pun intended. Highly recommended.
