From the beginning to the end of this project, Herc. was helpful, timely, and went above and beyond expectations. The project was professionally done - with plans and quotes arriving within a very short time. Herc. completed the job in a timely manner (even when his assistant did not arrive). He worked well past 11 pm, in order to complete the project as promised, as well coming back on a Friday evening and Sunday. Herc's attitude throughout was positive -- and he even installed shelving in the garage and laundry, and repaired a pantry door -- which he did not have to do. Excellent all round experience.
