Can’t say enough positive things about this. Sam came quickly, gave us a fair quote for the work. We decided to also do new eaves trough and fascia so he had to come back to redo the quote. Recommended a specific shingle but encouraged us to do our research. No pressure. Knows what he’s talking about. He was working with the crew throughout the roof project - and the supervisor for the aluminum work also remained on site during that process. Very nice crew doing the work. Very clean, tidy (had to take off two layers of shingles and aluminum etc), answered all questions along the way. Nothing left behind except for a great job. Four neighbours hired them on the strength of the job they did for us - all are just as happy as we are.

This is the second time we used Mario- the first time he did our daughters' house downtown. His price was competitive but the real reason we went back to him was the quality of work and responsiveness after installation. Also, his guys are terrific, helpful. They work really clean, pleasant to have in the house. Would absolutely use him again if needed.

Third time using Angelo and his team. This time they came to my daughters' house and laid brick in an exterior stairway and lifted and relaid interlocking bricks in a walkway that had sunk due to a previous excavation. Great job as always. On time, on budget, friendly and professional. No surprises! Thanks Angelo.

Oleg is a life saver. We'd used him previously to underpin a house and do the rough plumbing in a large renovation and he did a great job for us then. Three weeks ago when Toronto was hit with a huge rain storm, he came to our rescue when a drain was plugged, resulting in basement flooding. Oleg drove in from Brampton late at night (after working at another job all day), staying until 2am, working to open a drain. He left only to go to get a pump to help in the cleanup and brought fans to the site to help dry out the basement- without being asked. Oleg identified a structural problem in the drain system that required opening the floor (showed us a blockage with his camera system) - returned a couple of days later and fixed the problem permanently. Oleg is a real professional. His work has always been excellent. Returns all calls, comes when he says he will come, quality of work is excellent, pleasant. Clean work site. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Oleg & his team underpinned our daughters' house downtown (little Italy) in the summer of 2011 - did a great job. A couple of weeks ago the drain at the base of the basement stairs was clogged (having operated properly for 18 months). We called Oleg and he responded immediately, came by and cleared it out. The problem was construction dirt that had accumulated long after he'd completed his work at the house - the fault of the main contractor. Pleasant, professional - as always. Nice to work with a person who is responsive. Have recommended Oleg many times - and will continue to do so.

Edwin came to our rescue. After firing the contractor for our 'full gut' renovation of an old house downtown,due to poor quality of work, Edwin stepped in to finish the two upper floors (bathrooms, kitchens, hardwood and drywall repairs). A very difficult situation for any contractor. Edwin 'finished the puzzle' under difficult circumstances, then moved onto the complete basement renovation. Great quality, great attiitude, I'd recommend him without question.

This company is AWESOME. It's not often that one uses that word in connection with renovation. Oleg and his supervisor Yuri (and their team members) have been a pleasure to work with. They came on time, worked hard (even in the heat of the summer), cleaned constantly. Everyone on the site was professional and hard working but ultimately, it's the result that counts the most. Everything passed by the inspector the first time. On time. on budget. Flexible and accommodating when we kept adding things that we didn't originally know we needed. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again in the future. I strongly recommend them.
