We have been with DELUXE ALARMS since August 2008. Recently we had problem with a battery. Once we contacted Service Department they sent Grand Alarm technician next day and the battery was inspected and replaced at no extra charge. I have contacted Ms. Silvana Russo from Customer Loyalty Department regarding my contract renewal in June 2011. She was professional and friendly explaining all options and details about the renewal.
