Andrew the lead team member promptly attended my home and provided an estimate which was very competitive. He was very professional, approachable and polite. He listened carefully to my repair requests and offered his suggestions to deal with subsidence conditions and other issues. My deck and surround were a real mess. Following his estimate he provided a written contract containing all requested work. He and his team attended promptly and commenced work. The work team were great and made every effort to minimize any disruption in my backyard. Andrew was ready and open to address my questions about the ongoing work and kindly included some extra work I requested at no additional cost. He even provided some finishing details that he deemed necessary to fulfil his own standards. I cannot praise this company and it's work team enough. They took the time to finish the job properly but at the same time completed the job in a reasonable time. They transformed my deck and pool surround from an unsightly mess to a safer and pleasant space. They provided excellent work at reasonable cost. I am very satisfied with the work they completed.
