First, I would like to thank Viktoria for your excellent service. The moving team did an excellent job. When I first called Viktoria, it was Maria who picked up the phone. She was very pleasant to talk to and easy to deal with. She gave me a quote on the phone and also followed up with an email. I also had a situation at home which meant that I might be canceling the move at the very last minute. Maria understood my situation and was very flexible with that. She offered to call me the night before and an hour before the move to check to make sure the move was still on, which she did and was really nice of her. The movers showed up on time. Infact, Cormack showed up ~10 minutes early to see how much stuff I had and to plan the move. I also had some stuff which needed to be picked up from another unit in the same building and they were okay with that. The move went very well. I had some heavy boxes but the movers never complained. They were very professional and took care of my stuff. They asked for payments at the very end after everything was unloaded. I had a very good experience with Viktoria. I would definitely recommend them to others.
