I had a very good experience. Hadi did a great job, installed quickly, and a reasonable price. Hadi is very knowledgeable, experienced, and a very friendly person. He worked with me on some extras (upgrading thermostat, and upgrading wiring), and Ive been quite happy. Hes even been great at post install support, answering the odd text message on the install.

I first contacted Chris to remove a decorative brick wall, but ended up hiring him for much more: building a stamped concrete patio in my front yard. Chris was really great to work with - reliable, hard working, and determined. His communication was great, and I was able to text him regularly as we were figuring out the design for the patio. I enjoyed hanging out with him on breaks, as him and his crew was just fun to talk to.

First of all, I want to say the installation was pretty good, and I'm very happy with the end result. The installer was obviously experienced and talented, and the install was quick, and looks great. The part that was bad was the communication with the company and the salesman/handler. Originally I was told it would take 3 weeks to have the doors installed, but in the end it was closer to 3 months. They wouldn't return my phone calls, and when they did get back to me I was told stories about how I wasn't picking up my phone (I do have voicemail, and received no messages). I was also given other explanations about the delays, like finding scratches on the door and needing to remake, as well as forgetting to put the door on the truck (all of which *could* actually have been true, but I was suspicious). All-in-all, the end result was really good and the price was fair, but dealing with the company was painful for me.

These guys were great! Communication was excellent, the quality of work was excellent, and the value was excellent. I went from contacting them, to having 3 counters + sink installed in about 10 days. Really friendly guys, too. Highly recommended.
