This is a long-overdue review, our condo reno happened last year during the summer. We lived in an older condo that really needs some revamping. Farzad was the third contractor we interviewed, he was a very honest person and provided us with his vision and really listend to our needs. As a couple that has a huge passion for cooking, he helped us realized our dream of having an open concept kitchen with added storage space. [Not to forget our spa bathroom! Thank you for the suggestion of lining up the tiles for better asthetics] It seems impossible in our mind, however Farzad managed to draw out the plan and gave us a very detailed visualization of what everything would look like at the end. My partner and I are very new to the renovation world, we are always clueless about the next step. Farzad and his team has been the kindest and most patient people out there. Even when we were being indecisive about doors and tiles. They would always have the best suggestions and would always help whenever we need it. Due to our lack of experience, the project was extened to about three months, we did not regret a moment of the extension, works of art takes time. The installer, Hassan, came to our unit on time was very professional, he took the time to take care of product materials from delivery to handling. It only took about 2hours to finish installing both closets, and they looked fantastic, he also spent the time to cover up our flooring and when the installation was done, he neatly vacuums the area where there was sawdust. I can tell he treats each installation with attention to detail. When we had the consultation with Closets by Design, we have not considered purchasing a door, my biggest concern was that our drawers would be caught on the new doors that we purchased after the consultation. I brought up the concern with Hassan, he informed me that they can come back and try to fix it if there were any problem. Then I figure it would be ok, 10 mins later, he came back to me and offered an amazing solution, to guarantee the drawers will open without hitting the door. All it took was a small change to the design, it was a brilliant switch to design, I really appreciate his thought and offer of a solution to our predicament, this would save a lot of time for us, and their company. If he has installed the original design, and if the doors didn't work (although it was our mishap) it would have cost more and everyone would have spent more time to try to fix it. If I have more closets to install in the future, I would not hesitate and highly recommend him as the installer. Thank you very much Hassan!

We had a leaky water heater due to calcium build up, Francesco called ahead to make sure we know he is on his way. He showed up and knew we are careful with our floor, immediately put on his slippers. Then went straight to the basement and found the problem. He replaced the part that caused the leak and gave us a brand new part. And then spent time explaining to us what was wrong and how to maintain it. And also he adjusts the hot water for us. Really appreciate the swift response.
