We have an above counter cabinet that had previously been installed approximately 14 years ago. We noticed the cabinet cambering out. Additionally, as a result of this, rodents were gaining entry because of an exposed ceiling deficiency. CA Cabinetry responded with a reasonable quote, and did a site inspection. The communication with CA was excellent. The contractors were friendly, and everything was done in a professional manner. The workmanship looks great.

We purchased reclaimed 18th century wrought iron fencing from a vendor. After getting a few quotes, and based on Art Metal's reputation, we decided to hire them to install our panels. We could not be more pleased with the work!

We discovered that we had a pool of water in our basement coming from our floor drain. Our house has a back flow valve, so the blockage was coming from our house. I contacted Dima via Homestars that evening and received a prompt response. John and Andre showed up the next day and cleared our main (tree root), and suggested further action to alleviate this issue. Very professional service.

I had scheduled two appointments with Cosmopolitan to have our ducts cleaned and our furnace inspected, both happening on the same day. I was informed by them that the ducts should be cleaned prior to the inspection, and that there were certain windows of time that this could occur. They said that the duct cleaning crew's last window for this job was between 1PM and 4PM. I assumed that since this was being done by the same company, that they would coordinate this work. I would have preferred an evening or weekend slot, but that wasn't available, so I took a half day off from my work to be on site. The inspection of the furnace at a reasonable time, but the duct cleaners hadn't arrived prior to this. I called the company for an update, and they said that the crew crew had trouble with their van and that they would be here around 4. They then stated that they didn't need to have the duct cleaning work done prior, which contravened their earlier statement, but I allowed the inspection to proceed. I suggested to them that they should communicate better with their clients when these events occur. 4PM became 5PM, and then 6PM. At all intervals, I had called for an update, expressing my displeasure with the lack of communication and service, as we have been a long time customer, having invested many thousands of dollars with their services and equipment. The duct cleaners finally showed up after 6PM, but were unable to park their van due to our street's configuration, but the previous time that they had cleaned our ducts, this wasn't an issue. I was on the phone with the company during this, and expressed my displeasure with that day's events. Given that I was I loyal customer, I asked them to talk amongst themselves and try to accommodate us with a favorable solution, or I would render a negative review. I waited two days, and called today to remind them of this. I was told to expect a call back, but that never occurred. As a result, I no longer can recommend this company.

Matt was exactly on time for this job. He thoroughly explained the options for locations for the outlets for the front and back of the house. In the end, he choose a more cost effective option for some of the work. The work was done quickly and without any unexpected costs.

Our front door handle fell apart last night, and the deadbolt wouldn't release. I emailed Locksmith Care this morning and Dimitar responded immediately, and was at our house in 30 minutes. He fixed all of the issues that we had, and remedied the root causes of them. He explained everything thoroughly and was great to work with.

Mansoor from Cosmopolitan conducted a very thorough inspection and maintenance on our furnace. He was friendly, efficient, and honest. I've used these guys several times before and have had great experiences with them for years.

Jeff showed up on time. He was very courteous and professional. His work was excellent, he needed to make a bare minimum amount of holes (one very small one) to access the wiring.
